<p><font size="3">2007年06月15日03:38 </font></p><p><br/><font size="3"> 晨报特派记者李元</font></p><p><font size="3"> 昨天，世界上迄今为止最长的跨海大桥———杭州湾跨海大桥的北岸主航道桥完成最后一根钢箱梁的吊装和焊接工作，实现该标段的合龙。 <br/> <br/> 此前，大桥南岸航道桥也完成了合龙。6月26日，杭州湾跨海大桥将正式全线贯通，预计在明年奥运会之前通车。据记者计算，杭州湾跨海大桥通车后，将使上海至宁波的车程缩短一个半小时。</font></p><p><font size="3"> <br/>沪甬车程缩短1.5个小时</font></p><p><font size="3"> 杭州湾跨海大桥北起嘉兴市海盐郑家埭，跨越喇叭口状的杭州湾后，止于宁波市慈溪水路湾，全长36公里，超过了美国切萨皮克海湾桥和沙特阿拉伯的巴林道堤桥，是目前世界上最长的跨海大桥。</font></p><p><font size="3"> 昨天下午，嘉兴大雨滂沱，记者来到位于海盐郑家埭的北航道桥，雨雾当中，大桥银灰色的身影显得有些模糊，然而记者仍然感到这条卧龙的雄伟壮观，高大的拉索双塔仿佛像龙的两只犄角有力地指向天空。记者欲上桥尝试一下漫步大桥的滋味，却被大桥值班工作人员拦住去路。他们表示，雨天风大，而且大桥尚未建设栏杆，上桥有危险。</font></p><p><font size="3"> 杭州湾跨海大桥的南北航道桥分别完成了合龙，是否已实现了大桥全线贯通？大桥工程指挥部副总指挥金建明告诉记者：“这只能说是该标段完成了合龙，但不代表大桥合龙、大桥贯通。”大桥工程建设指挥部的新闻联络员冯微红说：“大桥一共有13个标段，6月26日才是大桥真正意义上的贯通，届时将举行全线贯通庆祝仪式。”</font></p><p><font size="3"> 记者了解到，原先驱车从上海到宁波，要先走沪杭高速段再走杭甬高速段，绕了一个“L”型路线，车速每小时80公里的话，开车约4个多小时。跨海大桥一旦建成，将缩短上海至宁波间的陆路距离120公里左右，按照车速每小时80公里来计算，来往两地将节约一个半小时。</font></p><p><br/><font size="3">“单程收费80元”说法不全面</font></p><p><font size="3"> 跨海大桥建成后有利于完善长江三角洲区域公路网布局及国道主干线，缓解沪杭甬高速公路流量过大的压力，大大方便沪甬之间的联系，从而基本上形成长江三角洲南翼的“4小时都市圈”。关于大桥车辆通行的收费问题，冯微红告诉记者：“有媒体报道的每车单向通行收费80元并不全面，因为我们根据大桥的成本、使用寿命以及预计的流量制订了好几套收费方案，目前这些方案都已经提交到宁波市政府、浙江省政府，等待审核批复。”</font></p><p><br/><font size="3"> 跨海大桥中部将建海上观光塔</font></p><p><font size="3"> 在建设施工过程中，大桥中部偏南的位置设有一个海上平台，为施工队伍提供生活保障，同时它还具有救助及管理基地的功能，在大桥建成后，这一海上平台将被改造成兼具旅游观光功能的救援平台，平台上将架设观光塔。目前这个平台只有一个基础，完善的开发和建设还没有正式展开。</font></p><p><font size="3"> “这座桥是双向六车道，设计时速是100公里，预计使用年限100年。”大桥副总指挥金建明告诉记者。而据大桥工程建设指挥部称，6月26日大桥实现全线贯通之<br/></font></p> <span style="position: absolute;
