首台力帆520在俄罗斯下线
司总经理牟刚日前透露，于本月10日在俄罗斯正式下线的力帆520轿车，目前已有324辆交付到俄经销商手中。牟刚介绍，按照与俄罗斯方面签订的合同，今年下半年力帆将在俄组装1800辆轿车，包括三厢和两厢车型。下月，力帆汽车集团负责人还将赴俄参加在莫斯科举行的国际车展，并将在9月29日与当地经销商签订一个3年内出口15000套(台)力帆轿车的合同。目前力帆在俄投资已超过4000万美元，并准备加大投入新建第二条可以生产4个车型的组装线，明年产能可达5万辆/年。<p> <b>力帆汽车在俄下线</b></p><p> 力帆汽车的1.6L 520轿车，8月10日在位于俄罗斯切尔克斯克的Derways汽车厂正式组装下线。力帆集团对外表示，随着首辆汽车下线，力帆汽车将正式进入俄罗斯市场，与俄罗斯消费者见面。虽然之前传闻依然困扰着包括力帆在内的中国汽车界，但是俄罗斯政府调整对中国汽车在俄的政策显然并没有带来很严重的后果，力帆520的顺利下线可见一斑。</p><p> 力帆汽车公司同俄罗斯的Derways汽车公司以及负责力帆轿车在俄销售的AUTOMIR公司，三方于07年2月签署合作协议，轿车组装就是在三方协议框架内进行的。Derways汽车公司总经理罗曼诺夫表示，中国力帆公司同俄罗斯Derways汽车公司、负责力帆轿车在俄销售事务的Automir集团公司三方今年2月签署的合作协议依计划良好进行。</p><p> 据俄罗斯Derways汽车公司罗曼诺夫介绍，俄产力帆520轿车将直接使用“力帆”品牌在俄进行销售，销售目标人群锁定在20至35岁中等收入水平的俄罗斯家庭，根据汽车配件的不同，其售价在1～1.5万美元之间,在俄罗斯具有极高的性价比。</p><p> 力帆公司负责人则表示，力帆汽车集团旗下的三厢和两厢力帆520轿车都将在俄罗斯进行组装生产。计划俄产力帆轿车开始采取进口件组装形式，然后逐步在当地建立涂装线，最后直接进行力帆品牌轿车的整车生产。预计在2009年，俄罗斯项目将会达到年产量25,000辆。而在更远的未来，力帆将计划在2013年运做北高加索分厂的的发展项目。</p><p> 力帆集团表示，对于俄罗斯市场，目前集团已有明确的售后服务网络及代理网络计划。俄罗斯AUTOMIR公司将负责力帆在俄的售后，并将分步在俄建立并完善集销售、维修、备件、信息服务为一体的汽车服务网络。力帆汽车公司表示己方会坚定地在俄罗斯市场做大做强。</p><p> <b>中国轿车在俄供不应求</b></p><p> 目前中国轿车出口份额中，俄罗斯占40%，俄已成中国轿车出口第一大国。据牟刚介绍，莫斯科人均收入已达到3000美元，全球城市消费水平排名最高，俄全国50%的轿车市场都在莫斯科，市场潜力巨大，此外，俄目前轿车消费日益增长，而本土轿车只能满足市场需求的30～40%，其余全部依赖进口，这都是包括力帆在内的中国汽车企业看好俄罗斯市场、纷纷到俄建厂的原因。据悉，较高的性价比让中国轿车在俄供不应求。</p><p> <b>俄没对中国车单设门槛</b></p><p> 上月初，曾传来俄罗斯正收紧对中国汽车进入的政策，包括力帆在内的几家国内汽车企业在俄项目遇阻的消息。牟刚解释说，这是对俄产业政策理解上的偏差造成的，其实俄罗斯没有单独针对中国企业设置门槛。俄166号汽车组装条例”对汽车组装项目的投资规模、建设时间、工艺要求和生产数量等方面有较严格的规定，达到要求的项目，可以享受进口关税0～5%的优惠，而达不到该要求的，将按7%～10%征收关税。牟刚解释，这些限制对于实力雄厚的欧、美、日企业来说根本没有问题，但对中国企业有一定影响，但并不影响中国汽车向俄罗斯进军的步伐。</p> <span style="position: absolute;
