1、 由于本次自驾车线路行程全程约7000余公里，跨世界屋脊——青藏高原，地形复杂， 故车况必须良好，参与人员必须身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。同时每车应配备2-3名驾驶人员，以确保行使安全。<br />2、 由于本次自驾车旅行多为少数民族地区， 故务必自觉尊重当地的民俗、民风和宗教信仰，谨言慎行，礼貌待人，遵守纪律。<br />3、 行程中务必听从领队指挥和工作人员安排 ， 集体行动。未经领队和工作人员同意，不得擅自更换所乘车辆。<br />4 、在高原地区，注意安全，不要剧烈运动，保证睡眠，有异常情况及时通知安全员，工作人员或领队。<br />5、 保护环境，不乱扔废品，不随意采摘植物，不伤害野生动物。<br />6、 发挥团队协作精神，与队员互助互爱。 <br />7、 驾龄必须在2年以上，持有驾照。<br />8、 车辆手续齐备，在保险期内并自带有车辆乘客险。<br />9、 本次活动因线路比较长，住宿的宾馆由招待所到星级酒店不等，请做好路餐的准备， 备带足够的食品和饮用水。<br />10、公司可能根据季节和行程路况相应调整行程景点顺序。<br />11、由于队员原因旅游期间未发生的房、车费等酌情退还。除以产生费用（如：订房的费用等）行程没有半退50%，过半不退。生病，扣除以用部分，余额退<br />12、由于人力不可抗拒因素以及道路维修可能造成团队行程更改，由此产生的多出费用由参加活动成员自理，因客人要求变更行程、景点减少、门票不退，所增加的费用客人自理，（由于客人要求增加行程，领队车的费用按照1000元/天计算，费用由客人均摊。）<br />13、建议自己多买一份意外险。我们免费提供的意外伤害险，最后以保险公司的赔付金额为准。<br />14、出发前车辆必须检修，特别是刹车，动力及减震系统。并带拖车绳和常用备件，工具。<br />15、高速公路上行驶中每车必须保持200米左右的距离以确保安全。路途中必须按车号顺序排队行驶，不得中途超车。<br />16、每车一台对讲机。（不能长时间占用频道）<br />17、各车必须遵守交通法规，保证自车的安全。<br />17、在夜间停车时，切记锁好车、窗、门及注意带走贵重物品。<br />18、行前检查<br />您在出游前要对车辆进行一次全面彻底的检查和维护。即使您的汽车还没有到综合检修保养的时候，对于可能发生故障的部位也要提前处理。这应是一次较全面的检查，需检查整个润滑油系统，包括检查齿轮箱和变速箱的润滑油以及底盘、刹车、方向、灯光、轮胎、悬挂装置、油、水、电等，发现问题马上修复。<br />首先，您需要确定行车路线和休息站点。这样可以让您对所需时间、路途费用有一个大概的估算，还能减少不必要的花费，最大限度地节省时间和燃油，让您充分利用假期，享受出游的快乐。<br />其次，驾车出游最好能搭伴同行，尤其准备长途旅行、驾车探险的朋友就更有必要结伴了，这样不仅安全有所保障，说不定还能向别人学点驾车的高招和旅游的知识。<br />第三，行驶途中，必须严格自觉遵守交通法规，注意各种警示标志。最好不要遇到人少车少的路段便开始“狂飙”，要随时警惕突发情况。<br />第四，随时注意车辆的各种运行状况，在每次途中休息时，您应环绕汽车检查一圈，以便及时排除轮胎、制动、转向等方面的小问题。<br />19、特别提醒：高血压、心脏病、哮喘病请勿入藏
